From the 1980 Melrose Gardens Catalog: The iris Seance (our personal favorite of this breeder's developments) was the parent of Verve. Verve takes the theme a few steps closer to what-ever the goals are that we are striving for (do any of us really know what they are?). Big flowers colored deep orchid with deeper veining for emphasis.
