INTERESTING INFO:
From the 1964 Schreiner's Iris Lover's Catalog: A most outstanding new intermediate iris. This advances the blue spot or thumb print on the fall of the flower, with a remarkable sunburst of yellow on the haft and beard. Larger and fuller than Cutie, it continues the advancement in this field. From the same pod parent as gave Cutie & Drummer Boy crossed witha special X-rayed seedling of Mr. Schortman's. Maybe this is why this plant is so extra.
