INTERSTING INFO: From the 1955 Schreiner's Iris Lover's Catalog: "Love of beauty is taste," wrote Emerson in one of his inspired flashes of understanding. The appeal of this rather feminine Iris is subtle, but compelling. Its standards are a light, soft lavender-pink with a lustre and finish of Belleek porcelain. The falls are a richer tint of blended rose and lavender with the same pearly enamel finish. This is one of those quiet beauties that will touch your heart. A very late bloomer that will prolong your Iris season.
