INTERESTING INFO:
From the 1980 Schreiner's Iris Lover's Catalog: Wait a minute…Look! This Iris is colored differntly and in a most unique manner. It has the pronounced brushing of a rich deep blue central streak to each fall, echoing the same basic, through lighter, azure blue of the falls. This pattern is confined to the fall's central arc area giving remarkable personality to this variety. Like a row of midshipmen waiting for inspection - or the crest of an ocean wave. ON LINE is a plesantly fine Iris capable of producing a consistently tall and branched six budded stem with good sized six inch flowers. Its fresh color on novel pattern are a fitting entre to the Iris season.
