INTERESTING INFO:
From the 1983 Schreiner's Iris Lover's Catalog: For the Iris fancier...a novel combination presenting a delicate stitching in "petit point." The best qualities of its progenitors, Polka Party and Happy Halo, shine through stamping this handicraft with the mark of excellence. Most striking are the broad ruffled falls with their sharply marked ½" perimeter of rosy plicata shading with more overall coloration. One of the first to flower; Needlepoint comes into glory early with two to three branched scapes averaging seven buds each. Enjoy this bouncy cheerful melody in Iris effervesence.
