INTERESTING INFO:
From the 1967 Schreiner's Iris Lover's Catalog: Pink plicatas have been elusive and for many years the small flowered but charming Rosy Veil has been the only iris properly credited with belonging to this category. Thus this much larger variety represents an important advance. It is truly the first large flowered, pink plicata. Its frosty, diaphanous texture gives it a fairy-like charm. Here is an iris whose wide popularity seems assured.
