INTERESTING INFO:
From the 1981 Schreiner’s Iris Lover's Catalog: We are groping for words to properly describe the ecstatic coloring of this sparkling orange-sherbet Iris. The standards and edges of this airily fluted flower are a luscious shade of peachy apricot. Yet towards the center of each fall one finds a frosted clean white. This contrasts nicely against the bright tangerine beard. The gorgeously colored florets are borne on wide branched stems – most double socketed, one even triple socketed! Has 8 to 9 buds on three branches. Not a fast grower.
