From the 1960 Schreiner's Iris Lover's Catalog: Here is a very much larger version of the long-popular Minnie Colquitt with a whiter ground color on the standards and a slightly rosier margining on both standards and falls. An iris of crsip, clean-cut form, huge size, and excellent habits. A really fine plicata.
