INTERESTING INFO:
From the 1985 Schreiner's Iris Lover's Catalog: Good pink amoenas have been and still are very scarce. On the path to a "true pink" amoena, Flamingo Way represents a step forward. Its standards are pure crystalline white and the falls are a real honest flamingo pink - neither orange nor salmon nor lilac. Although not a finished flower - its form is longer than we would prefer, one can enjoy this fresh clean color.
