From the 1967 Schreiner's Iris Lover's Catalog: Study the picture. Note the clean-cut, crisply flaring form. The color is exceptionally glowing with heavy substance and glossy sheen. Virtually a self, perhaps it possesses more of a hint of copper than the picture shows. This is one of the tallest red Iris with the unusual merit of having four branches. A topnotch red and we can only regret that we haven't room for more large pictures. Fireball surely deserves one!
