From the 1983 AIS Bulletin, Boswell Iris Garden Advertisement: When it won its EC, many commented it was one of the nicer MTB irises seen and hoped increase would permit introduction soon. The tan stands are speckled light maroon; white falls are dotted maroon in center with maroon lines on edge; yellow-tan beards.
