From the 1931 Cayeux Iris Catalog: A vigorous plant with firm branching stems 2 ft, 1/2 tall, with flowers of good size of a self soft rose near to apple blossom, the falls slightly deeper. Could be useful for the landscape and cut flowers on account of its fresh coloring. Height 2½ ft.
