INTERESTING INFO:From the 2006 Schreiner's Iris Lover's Catalog: We are now starting to see the first blue selfs with lacy, frilly edges come on the market. Cape Perpetua is our pioneering contribution to this new development in flower form. Take the laced edges of Queen of Angels and add the true blue coloration of Captain's Joy. Voila, you have it! It reminds us of frothy breakers smashing the rocks at Oregon's Cape Perpetua during a winter storm.
