INTERESTING INFO:
From the 1965 Schreiner's Iris Lover's Catalog: From Rococo and Dotted Swiss comes this bluer and even more intensely ruffled version of Rococo. Blue Petticoats is a most delightful plicata of a most beautiful color of blue and flouncy, flaring form. An iris of great charm with a graceful lilting quality as if it were always in motion. This bouncy, very much ruffled, pert blue plicata in reality is bluer marked than the picture suggests. Dainty and lacy as a snowflake. Visitors invariably commented on its attractive, extra heavy ruffling.
