INTERESTING INFO:
From the 1966 Schreiner's Iris Lover's Catalog: An outstanding introduction. It is a stalwart iris with a dramatic color contrast: porcelain white standards and full, fluffy rich violet falls with no haft venation. Simply tremendous in the clump. There have been very few striking bicolors in recent years and nothing to equal this. It is one of the longest blooming iris we have, starting early and continuing late. Arising from the unusual cross of Emma Cook x Rococo, it has special interest for iris breeders since it throws snowy standards and a percentage of both solid colored and plicata falls.
